Future Technologies for Sustainable Business
Do you also want to contribute to the sustainability of tomorrow's economy? This year, the German-Austrian Technology Forum is focusing on new technologies and future trends for sustainable business strategies. There are attractive special conditions for students and alumni of the CEC and an Early Bird rate applies until April 30, 2021.
On June 8 and 9, 2021, the German Chamber of Commerce in Austria (DHK) and Fraunhofer Austria Research GmbH will host the 5th German-Austrian Technology Forum. Under the general topic "Technologies for Sustainable Business Strategies", top managers and scientific experts from both countries will discuss the following future trends:
- Crisis resilience
- Circular Economy
- Automation and AI
Univ.Prof. Dr. Wilfried Sihn is Managing Director of Fraunhofer Austria Research GmbH and Academic Director of the MBA Automotive Industry. His conclusion as a member of the board of advisors to the Technology Forum is: "It has never been more important to know your logistics and production structures precisely and to set them up robustly in order to be able to adapt quickly to new circumstances. In this context, digitization, automation and AI are taking on increasingly essential roles and helping to avoid dependencies in supply structures, even in our globalized world. This year, the German-Austrian Technology Forum – as a TOP event in the field of digital transformation – will present innovative success stories from both countries that show how companies can use the new reality as an opportunity."
