How to Charge your Batteries

Join the journey to explore one of the key factors to your performance and success: Charging your own battery! During this virtual workshop, you will discover how different personality types and communication styles are connected with individual psychological needs. Successful leadership depends on an extended understanding of what energizes ourselves and others. So let’s take a closer look and find out how to boost our energy to achieve our goals, and cooperate successfully with others.

This interactive workshop invites you to reflect and to exchange your experiences with others. The specific goal is to plan your next steps to implement what you have learned in order to create positive impact. 

Your trainer

Masha Ibeschitz understands the executive floors of the business world. As an executive coach, consultant, key speaker and reflection guide for top executives, the graduate in business administration is active worldwide. With great passion and always in resonance with her clients, she shows executives in internationally operating companies in various industries how to develop more impact, minimize pressure, resolve conflicts and develop their employees into true high performers in the "VUCA world". She is founder and chairwoman of the Think Beyond Group and also a renowned author of several professional books. With more than 20 years of experience, Masha Ibeschitz is now a well-known name in the international coaching scene.

M. Ibeschitz-Manderbach

Mag. Masha Ibeschitz-Manderbach studied business administration at the University of Vienna and is a Certified Executive Leadership Coach. She has extensive international professional experience (especially in Asia). Masha has been working successfully for years as a consultant and trainer in the field of management consulting, OE, leadership, coaching, moderation and change management. She also develops management programs and accompanies their international rollout.
