Ralf Roggenbauer graduated from the University of Nebraska, USA in 1997 (BSc in Nat. Res. Mgt.) where he specialized in soil & water conservation and irrigation systems management, before continuing with his training as a land-use planner at the University of Applied Life Sciences in Vienna, Austria (1999). His Masters is in environmental studies from Dalhousie University in Nova Scotia, Canada (2001). 

During the past 12 years DI Roggenbauer has worked internationally for a number of environmental consultancies. For 12 years now, he has also been a member of the renewable energy scene in his homeland Austria and currently is employed with Energiepark Bruck/Leitha”, which was and still is at the forefront of developing and operating renewable energy projects across Central Europe.

Mr. Roggenbauer also manages Central Europe’s first postgraduate MSc programme on Renewable Energy in Central and Eastern Europe, a two-year programme which now is into its seventh year.
