Business knowledge for facility managers

The increasing importance of facility management leads to a greater demand for qualified staff in this field. Highly qualified facility managers have knowledge about technical and legal aspects but also about fundamentals of business and business administration.

This semester, you have the opportunity to take part in three 4-day long seminars covering the following topics:
•    Fundamentals of Economics & Managerial Economics
•    Fundamentals of Business and Procurement 
•    Accounting & Controlling
•    Financial Management
•    Marketing
•    Risk Management & Internal Control systems
•    Business Policy & Strategy

Take the opportunity and expand your knowledge. Learn about the fundamentals of business and how to apply business decision-making methods to solve your facility management tasks.

These modules are taught in German and English and take place on the following dates: April 19-22, May 17-20 and June 21-24, 2012.

The courses are part of the postgraduate “Professional MBA Facility Management” which will start on March 22.
