The seminar will be held in English language and is designed for alumni who want to reflect on their success management and steer it in a more conscious way. Referring to your individual situation, the following questions will be addressed:

What brought me here?
• Understanding and shaping success strategies

Where do I stand today?
• Controlling a variety of roles (employee/manager, individual person, family member, mother/father, life partner…) consciously
• Management of goals “reloaded” – setting, adjusting and reaching goals – setting priorities
• Assertiveness – winning through while staying authentically
• Dealing with challenging situations in everyday working life – professionalism, fearlessness and humorous calmness as sustainable tools for success

Where do I want to go? What am I willing to do for it?
• Creating your future career consciously
• Balance of maintaining the status quo and choosing and accepting challenges – stimulus, opportunity, risk, commitment
• Inner satisfaction as long-term indicator of success

Our offer for you
This seminar provides you with a framework and an opportunity to reflect on your goals and to obtain new stimuli for your individual career planning. You will gain new insights and raise your awareness regarding your role, functions, and goals and you will become acquainted with new tools. Based on this, you will define your individual next steps for your further path and will implement the first ones after the seminar.

To ensure an optimal learning success and transfer the seminar comprises three phases:
• In preparation of the seminar, you will receive a personal reflection questionnaire that will also allow the trainer to tailor the contents.
• During the seminar, you will work on specific situations and experiences from your daily business routine, for which you seek support and input.
• As follow-up and to support the implementation of your results and commitments from the seminar, you will receive an online questionnaire for reflection.
