Business Evening - Professional MBA Automotive Industry

In the framework of the Professional MBA Automotive Industry a Business Evening - Trends and Challenges in the Automotive Industry with Dr.-Ing.h.c. Andreas Tostmann (Chairman of the Board Volkswagen Slovakia, a.s.) will take place.

Time:   Friday, July 3rd, 2009 at 7 o’clock p.m.
Venue: Vienna University of Technology

Abstract: The essential factor when setting the business strategy in the automotive industry today is marketing with a strong orientation to customer needs. The combination of an accurate reflection of the regional customer requirements together with adapted product features and a lean cost structure of the entire value chain is fundamental for the long-term competitive business operations. To achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction, the change in the perception of the existing process structure has to be implemented in the business organization.
