KURIER Scholarship 2013 for the certified program „Real Estate Manegement“

Starting with 2008 every year the daily newspaper KURIER is awarding a scholarship to the certified program „Real Estate Management“.

This year the sixth scholarship was awarded to Andreas Stumpfl (aged 33). He sticks out of numerous applicants and finally persuaded the jury. The KURIER expert jury consisted of Bob Martens (Academic Director), Petra Aigner (Managing Director CEC/TU Vienna) and Andrea Würz (Program Manager).

Andreas Stumpfl has worked in several architect´s offices in Graz and Vienna and already knows some aspects of the real estate market. This program would give him the chance to open a new line of work. “Due to the predicted demographic development there will be a high demand for real property furthermore, especially in urban areas. Experts who are able to utilize actual resources in an optimal way and who can operate new projects will be really needed. To meet future expectations in technical as well economic perspective I want to participate in this program.”, says Andreas Stumpfl.

As a winner of the KURIER scholarship he gets a step closer to his aim. We wish him all the best!

The certified program “Real Estate Management” will start on November 11, 2013.
Deadline for application is September 06, 2013.
