“Turkiye Bursları” for MSc Renewable Energy in CEE


Vienna University of Technology  and Energiepark Bruck/Leitha support students from Turkey

The MSc Renewable Energy in Central & Eastern Europe is the first cross-border postgraduate program in Europe dealing with all future issues of alternative energy production, offered by the Vienna University of Technology in cooperation with Energiepark Bruck/Leitha. The final degree Master of Science (MSc) is granted by the Vienna University of Technology.

In the scope of this MSc program a special country module in Turkey will be offered to gain in-depth knowledge on the energy market in Turkey. Country specific lectures will include a market overview, legal issues, and promotion schemes, as well as excursions. Experts report on how they experienced implementing renewable energy projects there.

2014 four scholarships to the outstanding MSc Program Renewable Energy in Central & Eastern Europe to participants from Turkey will be awarded for the very first time. The call is exclusively addressed to Turkish applicants with place of residence and employment in Turkey.

Admitted are individuals holding an academic degree in a relevant area of specialty and a minimum of 2 years professional experience. Persons with an equivalent educational and professional qualification may also be admitted.

The four grants in the amount of EUR 5,000 each will be awarded by a jury. The participation of the scholarship holder is EUR 14,500. Any recourses of law are excluded. The winners will be informed. For each student, only one schlarship can be claimed. No further discounts possible.
