Welcome to ETIAtalks II: “10 Years Common Agricultural Policy in Eastern Europe Lessons Learned and the Path Ahead”


The second ETIAtalks panel discussion of this year’s series on “Sustainable Agriculture” will take place on March 3, 2015 at 18:30h in the Festsaal of the Diplomatic Academy of Vienna. For the detailed program please click HERE.


ETIAtalks, an initiative of the students of the Diplomatic Academy of Vienna and the Vienna University of Technology (TU), provides a forum to explore the technological context of current issues in the fields of energy and environment. ETIAtalks sets a special focus on their relation to international politics, law, and economics.


This panel discussion aims to critically debate and evaluate the impacts of the EU Common Agricultural Policy on its member states by looking especially at Eastern Europe. It will not only discuss the economic and ecological effects of this policy in the past, but also try to shed light on the future challenges that it will have to face.
