Countdown has started: „Die Presse“ Scholarships for the MSc Program "Renewable Energy in Central & Eastern Europe"

Energize your future – Study Renewable Energy!

The global economic trend for the next decades will be affected more than ever by issues relating to the lack of security in availability of resources. Dependability of supply, with energy carriers and resources in sufficient quantities and at acceptable cost, will be of vital importance for all of us – both industrialized and developing countries.

Never before the demand on employees has been so high. You have to contribute in-depth knowledge as well as ensure your own education stays abreast of technological progress.

The unique, interdisciplinary part-time MSc Program offered by the Vienna University of Technology in cooperation with Energiepark Bruck/Leitha will accept this challenge.

With the MSc Program the participants acquire knowledge and competence for

  • planning with regard to the use of renewable energy,
  • economically and technically expediently operating plants for the use of renewable energy,
  • assessing technical and economical opportunities to use renewable energy.

This MSc program is a success story for ten years – with 230 alumni and students. „Die Presse“ has accompanied the program with its scholarships from the very beginning. On occasion of the 10th jubilee this year „Die Presse“ awards two scholarships in the amount of EUR 10,000 each. With these scholarships „Die Presse“ contributes indirectly to the diffusion process of future issues of alternative energy production. The scholarship holders are offered the chance of becoming THE EXPERT for the most important topic of future generations.
