Watch out Start-ups: greenstart seeking for new green business ideas

Austria´s green Start-up Competition is proceeding the last year´s success – with proven formats and new submission procedures.

The Climate and Energy Fund of the Austrian Federal Government is seeking for sustainable business ideas in cooperation with the Austrian Federal Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry, Environment and Water Management. Greenstarters will be supported in a two-stage process financially, as well as with workshops and coachings in cooperation with Impact Hub Vienna to develop ideas up to a realizable concept.
Submission deadline is December 20, 2015.
Shortlisted greenstarters – chosen by a jury – will be supported with EUR 6,000. The three winners of the second stage can look forward to prizes in the amount of EUR 15,000 each.

The international postgraduate MSc Program “Renewable Energy in Central & Eastern Europe” offered by the Continuing Education Center (TU Wien) in cooperation with Energiepark Bruck/Leitha also deals with issues of climate change, sustainability, renewable energy, energy efficiency, e-mobility etc.
