Answers are provided at the 44th General Assembly of the Real Estate and Property Trustee in Salzburg

The 44th General Assembly of the Real Estate and Property Trustee takes place from 27 to 29 September 2017 in Salzburg. This time, the real estate industry considers current changes on the Austrian real estate market, called upon by ten turbulent years: from the financial crisis, on to low interest rates and growth until today’s maximum values of real estate ratios such as purchase or rent prices.

Following this year’s motto #WOH(i)N (“where to”), the focus of the General Assembly lies on the effects of those developments and discusses possible regulations and fiscal stimuli. Mag. Bernhard Woschnagg, MSc is one of the experts at the Assembly, presenting current changes in the area of property taxation.

Mag. Bernhard Woschnagg, MSc is also lecturer at the certified program “Real Estate Management”. The next program starts on 10 November 2017, applications are open until 22 September 2017. For detailed information on the program please consult our website: immo.tuwien.ac.at.
