Energiepark Bruck/Leitha, our cooperation partner in the MSc Renewable Energy Systems is part of Club of Rome Carnuntum.

On March 25th the kick–off of the Club of Rome Carnuntum was celebrated with an elaborate event. We congratulate our partner for the successful kick-off event. The program of the evening being as colorful as the Club itself with representatives of the region, national parks and several universities. Also in attendance was the Energiepark Bruck/Leitha as initiator and supporter of renewable energy and energy efficiency, as well as representatives from an educational background, persons working with sustainability and interested individuals who live in the region. Lecturers from Regensburg gave an introduction into the topic of “plant-for-the-planet” – which has the goal of shaping a livable future for all of us.

The Club of Rome Carnuntum is the consistent continuation of the Energiepark’s work in fields like: resources, climate, and renewable energy and –efficiency. Inside the Club of Rome these topics are supported and extended to cover all aspects of sustainability in the social, ecological and economic sense. The MSc Renewable Energy Systems will also benefit from these new inputs. We are very excited about the support from the Club of Rome and to follow their future endeavors. We congratulate our partner for the successful kick-off event.
