Overview

The close relation between technology and economy leads to more technicians in the position of a CEO. This new position means being responsible for leading, controlling and representing the company in all legal and economic matters. The responsibility for a project is replaced by the accountability for the whole company.
The main objective of the postgraduate course „Executive Management for Engineers – Corporate Governance & Legal Aspects“ is to enhance the legal and economic competences of alumni of sciences.

Target Group

The program is designed for individuals with a science background, who
•    have to understand the complexity of business management
•    take an active part in the board of directors
•    carry responsibility in the managing board of an ltd. company or a stock corporation

Admission Requirements

Admitted individuals must hold an academic degree along with three years professional experience and an adequate knowledge of the English language. Persons holding equivalent educational and professional qualifications may also be admitted.
